- You can book any of our tours by filling out the online form; then we will e-mail you back the reservation form to be filled out with your exact information.
- As soon as we receive your reservation form we will start processing your reservations and will e-mail you the instructions for your 50% deposit (Via VISA, Master Card, Bank Wire) which needs to be made in the next hours to purchase and confirm your Inca Trail permit, then we will e-mail you an electronic invoice confirming your deposit.
- One of our Agents will contact you in the next 7 days to e-mail the Official Confirmation for your tour including your Reservation Code.
- The balance is to be paid 7 days before your tour starts (Please contact us to arrange your Final payment) or on your arrival in Cusco only Travelers' checks or cash. On your arrival in Cusco city, all travel Vouchers & Tickets will be given to you.
- We expect to receive flight info re-confirmation 48 hours before arrival just to ensure there are no last minute changes; in the mean time please feel free to contact us if you require any assistance.
*Price does not include:
International air fares to Peru, domestic air fares, airport taxes, meals other than those specified in your itinerary, personal expenses, personal insurance, and tips.
*Domestic flight air fares:
We will be glad to book your domestic flights, however prices will be confirmed after we have received your tour deposit, due to tickets must be paid during the next 24 hours after booking them.
*Travel Insurance:
We recommend you to obtain a personal Travel Insurance, including Medical Problems, Baggage loss or damage. If you need help to find a travel Insurance Company please let us know.
*Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel your booking more than 90 days before departure, the cancellation fee is 50% of deposit.
- If you cancel your booking 90 to 30 days before departure, the cancellation fee is 100% of deposit.
- If you cancel your tour while traveling in any Latin America Country, the cancellation fee is 100% of Tour price.

All the information you provide us, full name, passport number, nationality, date of birth, telephone number, and address or your credit card info will be used strictly to process your tour arrangements. This information will not be shared with anyone.
